Unboxing Video Required

  • A clear unboxing video is required for any damaged, missing, or incorrect item claims
  • The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened without cuts or edits
  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Package photos
  • Unboxing video proof

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products caused by misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Claims raised without unboxing video proof
  • Final sale or promotional items (if applicable)
