Returns

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
Unboxing Video Required
- A clear unboxing video is required for any damaged, missing, or incorrect item claims
- The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened without cuts or edits
- Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Package photos
- Unboxing video proof
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products caused by misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
- Claims raised without unboxing video proof
- Final sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect
